Hotel
The conference will be held at Hilton San Jose, Bay Area, California on July 21-25, 2014.The closest airports are San Jose International Airport (SJC) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO); see Maps & Directions.
Conference hotel: We have reserved a block of rooms at special rates: $159 single/double, $179 triple, and $199 quad, but the hotel is already sold out on July 25-26. (Note that all rooms have one bed (king) or two beds (double), so the rates are based on the number of guests that will be staying in the room: even if you have four names on a single reservation, there will only be a maximum of two beds in the room and guests would then need to share a bed. Due to fire codes, the hotel cannot add a roll away bed to any of the rooms with two double beds already in them, but could only add a roll away bed to a king (single bed) room, making it a double bedded room.) These rates are guaranteed until June 22, 2014.
Reservations can be made (1) online, (2) directly with the Hilton by calling +1-408-287-2100 or faxing +1-408-947-4489 the Hotel Room Reservation Department, or (3) by calling toll-free number 1-800-HILTONS (ask for the ISSTA rate).
Alternate hotel: We have also reserved a block of rooms at the nearby Sainte Claire hotel at special rates: $199 single/double, $209 triple, and $219 quad. These rates are guaranteed until July 7, 2014.
Reservations can be made (1) online, (2) on The Sainte Claire web site using the Group Code GASN83, or (3) directly with The Sainte Claire Reservations Department by calling 1-408-295-2000 or 1-888-298-7185 and identifying as International Symposium on Software Testing and Analysis participant to receive the negotiated rates. Guaranteed individual reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to individuals' arrival date to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax.
